PLOT

The story of the movie is about a psychopathic "Good Son". The film portrays the envy of the older sibling when a newborn comes into the family. The boy (Raghuvaran) grows up with bitterness in his heart. Though outwardly very affectionate, he plots ways and means to hurt his younger brother. On the other hand the younger boy is deeply attached to his elder brother. A stage is reached where Raghuvaran pushes the unsuspecting Suriya over a cliff edge as the family goes on a picnic to a hill station. Their supposed to be smart police officer father (Sivakumar) even fails to identify the black sheep in the family. Suriya lends a certain innocence and vulnerability to the character. Jothika is there to add the pep. Sivakumar does a neat job as expected.

MY TAKE ON THE MOVIE:

I liked this movie every much. I think this movie is something every family should sit and watch together because sometimes we favour people when we do not intend too, and this movie clearly portrays this common complex. Once again, this movie has great cast including sivakumar, rathika, jothika and one of the greatest actors of tamil cinema, Raguvaran.
